Airwolf 3D

Southern California-based Airwolf 3D is premised on the philosophy of providing the public with something it has never seen before-an affordable, durable, easy to use 3D printer whereby users of all ages and backgrounds can create objects thought impossible until now.

Starting with the vast amount of information and tools provided by the RepRap community, the company designed an easy-to-use 3D printer that is not only accurate, but also capable of incredibly fast print speeds.  The printer is ideally suited for engineers, hobbyists and students alike, allowing one to explore their inner creativity to an extent not previously thought possible.  Airwolf believe that this printer will enable you to realize your dreams in the form of three-dimensional, tangible models for all the world to see. The company goal and mission is “to make and sell a superior desk-top 3D printer.”

AIRWOLF 3D Difference:

Speed. Airwolf 3D AXIOM models operate at printing speeds of up to 250 millimeters per second, and travel speeds as high as 400 millimeters per second. At Airwolf 3D all the staff understand that time is critical, and this is why they have developed one of the fastest desktop 3D printers on the market.

Size. limitation is currently a major drawback with most 3D printers on the market. Not at Airwolf 3D. With a huge build platform, the HD series can print large models without having to print in multiple pieces.

Accuracy. With a 40 micron minimum layer height, and an X, Y resolution of 20 microns, the AXIOM series printers are extremely accurate. Airwolf 3D has worked hard on balancing resolution and speed, and has come up with a system that provides the best of both worlds.

Durability. Airwolf 3D don’t only make and sell 3D printers, but they also use them as a tool on a daily basis for their own production line. This requires a durable machine that requires little maintenance. They hold these same standards for the customers, and have constructed their printers with the highest quality parts possible.

Materials. The list continues to grow……At 30 materials and counting, the possibilities are endless. With a large temperature range, and the ability to reach up to 320°C on the hot end, the HD series is able to print with numerous materials, ranging from PLA and ABS to TPU, nylon and polycarbonate.
