We offer FREE UPS Ground Shipping on most orders in the continental USA. We've chosen United Parcel Service (UPS) as our principal carrier due to their expertise in handling sensitive electronic equipment as well as their fast shipping time. We care that your order arrives safely, carefully handled and for FREE.

Due to the high cost of Ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, we are not able to offer free ground shipping to these locations.

Shipment Tracking

Your order status with shipping tracking number is sent to your e-mail address as soon as your MegaDepot order is dispatched. You may track your order at any time by logging into My Account: Order Status / History or via UPS.com Package Tracking. You will need a tracking number.

If your order does not qualify for free shipping - or if you require a special shipping option - you will still enjoy very reasonable shipping rates. After entering your zip code on the MegaDepot checkout page, we'll show you your shipping options and charges.

Hazardous Shipping

UPS charges a hazardous fee of $25.00 per package for ground shipments. UPS Air shipments have a $35.00 per package hazardous materials fee. We assess a $9.00 surcharge on each package containing hazardous materials.

Hazmat items may not be canceled or returned because special handling service is needed. Hazmat items are not available for export.

Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

The USPS is the only method that can be used to send to a military APO and FPO address. We always opt for Priority Mail send packages to an APO/FPO address instead of regular mail. The Three Day, Two Day and Next Day shipping option is not offered to US APO/FPO/DPO boxes.

In the “Check Out “please fill out the APO, FPO, or DPO address form (“Military Address Form”) required for Customs. You may wish to review our B2G, Military and Law Enforcement page or Contact Us for more details.

While Megadepot can provide proof of shipment, we will not be responsible for APO/FPO packages once they leave our facility.

All orders shipping to U.S. Military addresses must comply with U.S. Export Control Laws and Regulations.  Under these laws, all shipments to an APO/FPO/DPO are considered international; therefore, export restrictions are applicable.

Please note orders that include products on the United States Munitions List (USML), in accordance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Title 22, Code of Federal Regulations Part 120-130, can never ship and are cancelled.
